Oneness Rooted Evangelistic Ministries, Inc. (OREM) was founded by Oneness Prophet, Doctor, Theologian, Teacher, Apologist, and Author Rev. Dr. Tommy Rodriguez, Jr. While in prayer on October 22, 2009, the then Dr. Tommy Rodriguez, Jr. had received the Divine-vision of a worldwide evangelistic ministry; albeit, he had to patiently wait upon God to give the command, “Go! It’s time!” Needless to say, that command did not come to pass until October 11, 2015, during a sermon preached by a guest speaker, and it was confirmed in the Spirit the following day (October 12, 2015) in prayer by Bishop, First Lady, as well as by Prophetess Jackie. By the way, Bishop Tommy Rodriguez, Jr. was on a 40-Day/40-Night Daniel Fast (October 1, 2015–November 9, 2015) when this command was received.
During the time-frame of April 25, 2011–June 3, 2011, while on a 40-Day/40-Night Daniel Fast, God had revealed the name that was to be associated with the ministry–Oneness Rooted Evangelistic Ministries, Inc.
The first gathering of OREM was held in the living room of Bishop’s parents’ home located in South San Jose, CA, on October 21, 2015. The congregation consists of only two members (excluding Bishop Tommy Rodriguez, Jr.)–First Lady Michelle L. Rodriguez and their daughter, Prophetess Jackie Rodriguez.
Since its official incorporation on January 14, 2016, Bishop’s direct, but simple, approach has blessed the Divinely-called, Divinely-anointed, and Divinely-commissioned ministry to experience phenomenal growth. And, true to the name Oneness Rooted Evangelistic Ministries, the ministry has gone forth and has evangelized on a national-level, properly teaching as well as defending the Word of God, Apologetically. Furthermore, the ministry has ministered as well as has edified via The Gifts of The Spirit (Spiritual Gifts), drastically impacting the lives of those that they have touched.
